If you need to return the package, it is necessary to provide us with the package and accompanying documents, so please keep the packaging and accompanying documents properly after receiving  product.

Q 1 : What should I do if I accidentally buy the wrong or buy too many?
Please refuse to sign for the package when the courier delivers it to your doorstep. 
The package will be returned to our company address, but we cannot bear the shipping and other costs for this. Thank you!

Q 2: Can I apply for compensation if there are quality issues with the product or if the package is damaged?
If there are any quality issues, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt to request a return or exchange. The return and exchange shipping fees will be borne by our company.

How to return a package?

1.Email our customer service and provide your name, email address, phone and invoice.

2.Please repack everything as the original packing,including the enclosed documents .

3.Any missing original component may prevent us from issuing a refund to you.

4.Please make sure that the returned package is intact and undamaged to avoid unnecessary losses to you.
